Roof Claim Answers

How do you say recoverable depreciation in Spanish?

Short answer. Recoverable depreciation is usually translated as depreciación recuperable. It is the amount your insurer holds back for age and wear and pays you later, once the repair or replacement is finished, under a replacement cost policy.

How it works

The adjuster estimates the full cost to replace, subtracts depreciation, and pays the rest minus your deductible. After the work is done and you send the final invoice, the insurer pays the depreciation it held back.
